Unable to select skin after the patch 7.11

After the Patch 7.11 I cant pick my skin in the Champion select screen. It says there was an error selecting your skin. Please Try again Later. I launched the launcher 5 times restarted my pc 3 times and it still doesn't work my friend has the same problems.
