[GAMEPLAY BUG] Garen able to autoattack and destroy invisible ward

As you can see in the video, I was able to remove an invisible ward placed by Akali. I Q'd it before it disappeared and then neither pressed or clicked anything at all and he continued to auto-attack it even though it was gone. I have not yet tried to recreate this bug. I was using the Sanguine Garen skin if that matters for any reason.
