Does anyone also get massive FPS Drop that makes LoL crash?

I have updated all my drivers, i run lol at very high with 60fps, yet this bug has been happening ever since the kayle update. Has anyone also gotten a bug, where they join a game(urf, summoner's rift, etc) and yet their fps is 0, making the game crash completely? This has happened 3 times in 2 days, i also ran the hextech repair tool thingy.

Same problem. running just fine, then after the Kayle/Morg update I will randomly get massive frame rate problems in games.

Even if I switch every video setting to low still chugs like my cpu is made of molasses.
