J4 Flag getting me stuck in ranked game.

Playing ranked game as morgana support. I still won the game so I shook it off as w.e. He dropped his flag right in front of me. I shielded, he q'd to it and tried to knock me up. Instead of knocking me up tho he just got me stuck in between his flag and the wall. It lead to me dying which could have changed the way the game was going since normally I would have just Q'd him and ran away but I was stuck for his entire duration of the spell. I didn't have flash or any means to escape. So I basically sat there the entire duration of his flag getting walloped on until his adc came to kill me. Basically free kill delivery. Pretty sure this is a rare bug as I've never seen it before. Please fix it ASAP ty. Kind of annoying to see it happen in ranked. Still glad I won the game but you never know, that one kill might've been all the enemy adc needed to get rolling. Fortunately it wasn't.
