Crashing

Basically, ever since patch 4.20 ive had this awful crashing bug, in which my game will just randomly freeze for about 15-60 sec then my screen goes black and the game crashes and freezes my computer anywhere from 1- 5 minutes . I have no idea what started this bug other then it starting to occur after 4.20, but i want to fix it seeing as i just got a afk/leaving warning even though i never intentionally do it, it just happens! Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this or if anyone else is having this problem. plz I dont want to get banned for something i have no control over :(

I have been having the exact same problem and not I cant even get into ranked games. I would really like for this to be looked into as this is ruining the game experience big time.
