Sivir's spellshield blocking multiple abilities.
It blocked 2 spells instead of one while the tooltip clearly mention blocking a single one. They weren't on the same frame neither.

Sivir has a the power to block more than one spell with her spell shield if they land at roughly the same time. So that was extremely lucky I suppose
