Ahris Charm Very Bugged Riot Help!!!!

I just played a game on the account Jacskellington,was a fine game exept when lb turned 6 and wanted to all in me.as a ahri main i was ready to use charm when she dashed in and once she did i used charm DIRECT HIT i was sure i was gunna win the fight until lb said fuck the system and wasnt charmed and continued to use her abilities like q-r and the dash itself doing dmg to me when she shoulda been charmed. i thought nothing of it until it happened yet again 6 more times in the same game. now im not sure its the charm itself or if the player was using a cheat but the fact was that every single time i charmed her she wasznt stunned at all it just did dmg to her and no affect.

Has anyone else had this problem with ahri lately?im scared to play another game as her because im afraid shes bugged
