Gameplay Malzahar Voidling Particles

While playing Malzahar I quite often get a bug where the particles below Malzahar that indicate a voidling will be summoned the next spellcast does not go away for the entire match even if the voidling isnt ready. This has been happening quite often to me so I cant pinpoint the direct cause of the bug.
