Bot-Lane Probs

Okay so I have noticed over a prolonged period of time that whenever I play adc or support (especially or ), as long as I am in bot lane, I begin to lag really bad. I hit around 1500 ping, therefore leaving me unresponsive, which is horrible in ranked games. But whenever I leave bot lane or play another position, I don't have the issues anymore. If this could be fixed I'd be grateful. Thanks Riot!!
