Client trying to get into loading screen

So, second time i've posted this but got nothing from riot so I'll do it again, second time in a row, my client has frozen when trying to get out of champ select and into the game, and guess what, if it counts as a dodge and a remake, guess who gets penalized for no reason? Me, also, this has only happened recently, and ive done client repair, riot please respond
