Hello so was on game 5 of my promotion for silver 1 and won the game just now after the ranked que came back online. Instead of going up to gold 5 after the game ended it put me back to provisional with 1-10 games. Can this be fixed please?

Sorry, but the new Season has begun. You now have to earn your way back up all over again. The good news is that this season it takes your previous ranking into account, so you are less likely to end up in bronze.
Season 5 began today. You have to play 10 new placement matches, but your season 4 rank factors into your overall placement.
Nooo I could have stayed up and played 1 more game last night and received rewards so lame. well thanks for quick response. I thought the season started a few days ago with the patch.
