Screen switching when playing LOL

So my laptop alt-tabbed continuously when i'm in the loading screen and it did it again sometimes (no longer continuously) when i'm in the game. Anyone please help i just bought my laptop and installed league 3 days ago :((( . I have no idea. If there any programs interfering with your windows? It could be steam, since group events forceably alt tabs you. Or search it up on the fix?
