Nah if anything hes slightly under powered...hes only broken when he hits the late game but getting there takes some skill...i just wish they would add in some kind of feature that lowers his reload time

I just played against Jhin.. He did 2k damage to me with Captive Audience . which I find is either bugged or BULLSHIT
