Cannot join the match

After 8.17 update I can not join into the match after I accept the match. Every time I click accept it either wait until the last 10 seconds to choose the champion or cannot join the lobby at all. I have been reinstalled the league of legends but the bug still there.

I GOT 5MIN, 10MIN AND NOW 20MIN LEAVERBUSTER BECAUSE OF SAME PROBLEM.
