Cant open any loot

Everytime i try to open my loot tab, it crashes and tells me to restart my client, i keep trying but same message every time

I'm getting a similar issue. Mine doesn't crash the client though. It just gives an error message saying some icons may be missing. when it does sometimes load, I can't craft keys or interact with anything.
