Varus Q Bug

I just had an aram as Varus. I haven't played him in a while, but through most of the game his Q was working and fine, but closer towards the end of the match I couldn't use my Q at all. My button was fine, but it wouldn't go off. Apparently the only way to resolve the problem is by restarting one other player told me and it fixed the issue, but we lost most of our turrets by the time I came back in. In short, Q is bugged and the only way to fix it is restarting.
