I need help with the league client.

I just want to play league it's my favorite game and I havent been able to get the client to open. I have tried everything I followed all of the instructions and I look videos up on youtube but no matter what the client will not open. All it says is league of legends is not responding I have tried going to the task manager and ending it. I have gone to the rad files to delete the client. I have tried hextech repair about 10 times just trying to get it to work it says the repair failed and will not open the client. I have tried ccleaner I have manually installed and unistalled the game about 10 times as well I have tried running everything as administrator but nothing will work. Does anyone have any ideas for a fix because I can find none I tested both my ram and hard drive they're both fine nothing I try seems to work and it's pretty frustrating. Appreciate any feedback anyone has :)
