Poppy ult bugged no damage going through ?

Pretty self explanatory, when I use her ult it doesn't seem to be registering any damage dealt, however, the same goes for when receiving the ult as I was able to survive a Poppy ult with 46 hp. Anyone else having this rather annoying and somewhat embarrassing issue ( embarrassing as ulting a low health enemy makes for a great escape unfortunately)?
