Health Bars and Score boards are messed up

during a few games today, I have experienced the same set of bugs where if I was to tab out during the loading screen then back into the game, mine and the enemies hp bars where gone, followed by that the scoreboards where all messed up, to top it all off after me trying to sort if, "trying" by going into the interface and turning the "show hp bars" on and off, my game crashed straight after I clicked accept
