Queue glitch/freeze

quite frequently when someone declines a queue or doesn't except my game will freeze and the found queue pop up wont close out and doesn't go away unless i close my client or until another one comes up. although when this happens i am unaware because it will not show and i will be notified that i have failed to except a queue. Im just curious if this is something on your end or mine is there any fixes for this?
