This bug report is after Viktor's changed in patch 4.17. Whilst my friend played Katarina vs. Viktor, she ulted him the same time that he used Q. The shield from his Q absorbed the first couple knives from her ult, but after that she continued to ult and he took no damage.

A similar thing happened to Vi fighting viktor in the same game, who would have killed Viktor with her e after she had taken his shield down with basic attacks, however it blocked the E damage completely, along with an auto attack.

Happened to me yesterday. He temporarily gains a buff called "Conduit". Friend was spectating and he confirmed this for me. I was getting slammed by a pantheon and lucian and was taking 0 damage for a good 2 seconds.
