Buggy client

I created a ranked game and started a game with a friend. When the accept window popped up, i accepted and then was taken to the loot menu and the top bar disappeared. I could do nothing to go back to the match screen to lockin in champion. Time passed and match ended and i was penalized for this. I had to restart the client.
