Client issues: Macbook

I just had a game where the game client loaded and despite having only 19ms lag, the fps was ridiculously low, hovering at 20-25 (I had only just turned on my laptop and never have an issue with fps, even if I've been playing for hours).

So I didn't leave the game, I just thought I would close all other applications. I was still in-game but the client would not open the window. So I decided to force quit the league client and restart my macbook. I then tried to open the game client multiple times but it would never reconnect me to the server and I still cannot access the game client despite my team surrendering minutes ago.

I think this is all linked to the issue you guys have had for over half a year now where every time I log in to league on my macbook I have to wait around 5 minutes (sometimes much longer and sometimes much shorter) getting the "attempting to reconnect" message before randomly it connects to the server fully. It's annoying that this is still affecting my games and seeing as my team did not remake, I've lost a lot of LP and probably gained quite a few reports as a result and being an honour 5 player, it's annoying that what I try to do in game doesn't matter because every so often your client just boots me out of games and I can't reconnect.
