League of Legends and Windows 10

So I was playing my game on summoners rift, game timer was around 3.50 and my game crashed because of windows update. Update took maybe 2 minutes but when I started League of Legends I could not reconnect, game just said "game in progress". I just had to wait game to end. Im not saying that lost my game because of that bug but if I had played that game I might have won it and got promoted. Its very annoying that you can not reconnect to the game if League of Legends client has been closed.
