(CLIENT) - Cannot bind F1 key to Select Self. F1 dysfunctional.

Hello thanks for reading. I'll first say that I do remember this bug was a problem a couple years ago if i remember correctly I used to actually use ESC to Select Self until a one day that key didn't work and I was UNABLE to further use it which is why I switched to F1 to Select Self. Also, I don't know much about bugs/glitches.

I am on a Mac 10.11.6 -mid 2011 OS X El Capitan. Restarting the client does nothing, the issue is consistent and seems to me getting worse. I am unable to use my F1 key in game now. It will not bind to either bind options. I use it for Camera Control>Select self. F2, 3, 4, and 5 are all working fine and that's how I look at my teammates across map. It won't let me bind F1 to either Camera Lock or Select Self whatsoever. I'm using spacebar now. Which is what I used for something else so it has affected my muscle memory a bit and it's bugging (hehe) the crap out of me! :D PLS HALP RITOOO <3
