For future reference though, the clip is a bit long for the bug shown.

I think you just got REALLY unlucky. It looks to me like the Baron healed the exact moment you smited (baron has quite the health regen) and then the teemo poison ticked, finishing him off. To me at least it just looks like shit luck.

Looking back frame by frame I believe you are correct. The smite left the Baron with 8hp. He just happen to regen at the same INSTANT I smited... summoner 11 [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
