Broken client/servers is getting out of hand.

So I currently can not play at all... because the lol servers reject my packets. If I attempt to join a match I get a "can not connect to server message" if I block the message popup entirely I am able to connect to the match through a listening only connection... this means I can see chat and champion/minion movement, but the server still refuses any inbound packets meaning I cant chat myself or interact with the match in any way.

The issue is entirely server side, I have flawless 500mbs net, a rig functioning perfectly in much more demanding games, a clean firewall with all the proper rules, am using the same dns as the majority of the planet, and have no active anti virus that could be interfereing with the game.

I can not fathom how someone could fuck up this badly, but somehow riot staff figured out how to take things to the next level.
