Mastery Visual Bug During Champ Select

During champ select I am unable to see my mastery pages when trying to edit. This occurs nearly every game. The window of the mastery page pops up, however I can only see the border of the page and the "x" on the upper right to close the page. The main body of the page is invisible so I can see through it to the champ select screen behind it. This makes it so that I cannot interact with the page at all, except to close the page via the "x" button.
