[MENU] Unable to change Summoner Spells in champion select

I was queued into Draft Pick as Support main, secondary ADC. Once I got into game, I went to change my summoner spell immediately to exhaust instead of heal, as I had heal last game. The menu in the picture was all I was able to choose from. This is the first time it has happened, I will update the post if it happens again.

UPDATE: After relaunching, I was unable to reproduce the issue.
