Client bug- click one champ in champion select and another is chosen

In pregame, I was selecting my champion. I clicked on Caitlyn and locked in. The second I hit the lock in button, it showed I selected Nasus. I suspect the same thing happened to the player before me as he was supposed to chose an adc and got Wu. That player replied in group chat he must have misclicked, but then it happened to me also.

This caused me to automatically lose my last game of series because there was no chance for a wu/nasus bot lane.
