[In game Issue Report] I can't get my level 7 token

Hi, I am r1a2n3d4o5m name *Sorry for bad grammar

I played a game about 30 minutes ago with Rammus in a ranked game and achieve S (Finally) with it but I didn't receive my level 7 token and it won't show my tier when I go to match history in league of legend client or league of legend official website (just blank).

I am very stress about this, please help me solve this problem as soon as possible.
