Katarina Bug

Q and recall don't work (not sure for ult). It had happened to me few times by now, and every single time it happened while I used e to gapclose, and then q to get the kill on champ, minion etc, but somehow, minion and champion died in the meantime (milliseconds), thus I'm not sure did q even get the casting animation, even thought I managed to press q on him while he was still alive. Anyway, the only way I found to fix the problem is just to simply die (best choice is execute). Not sure how many of you have experienced this by now, hope to get fixed soon. First post ever, don't be harsh please.
