Not registering mouse click

I swear this happens every big update, anyone experience where the game just does not register mouse clicks? Right or left? About 20% of the time it won't register and it's getting ridiculous. And no it's not my mouse can my mouse is completely fine outside of lol. SCrews up cs, get me killed, makes me lose a kill, completely messes up and plays, sometimes it's if I'm stunned it's that bad.
