[GAMEPLAY] Shields are not disappearing

Shields are showing up on the health bars, but there is no actual shield there. This has happened in two games with Karma, it doesn't disappear on death either, the shield just keeps getting bigger. There have also been reports of other champions with this bug (Lee Sin)
