My first game of the day always starts late!

Help Me Please I can´t play like this in ranked games. When ever i get to the loading screen and i see that it´s at 4% i know i´ll be late to the game it goes to the 10% and the game starts at 2 MINUTES. HELP IS NEEDED RIOT [darius-angry]
