Voice activity/Push to talk settings reset every time I reopen the launcher

Title, if I close the launcher and open it back up, it will never have me back on push to talk, I don't understand

Is there any way to fix this besides having to manually switch to push to talk besides disabling voice chat or not auto joining? I'd rather be able to hear people speak and choose when I can speak as well rather than manually set up this every time I open league
