[Gameplay] Viktor Q

Now, I'm not really sure if its a bug or not but Viktor's bonus auto damage from his Q doesn't go away after auto-ing a tower allowing you to constantly do bonus damage until the effect goes away. Again, I don't know if its a bug or not because it was my first time playing him but it seems like it shouldn't happen.
