it doesn't have to do anything with the game, it's just about my pc

hi, i'm new in this game and my pc was working fine until i reached level 14, my pc started to lag a bit and i had to leave matches early due to drop fps, the game penalized me and i won't be able to get loot boxes or capsules after i level up because of that... it's really unfair, i have nothing to do about it, it's my pc it wasn't my decision. is there anything to do about it?
