[Patch 6.8] Teemo auto-attack cancelled by passive (in-game issue)

If you stand still with Teemo and auto-attack just before his passive procs, his auto-attack is cancelled. Not 100% sure this isn't intentional, but it's disruptive.

Step 1. Stand near enemy with Teemo Step 2. press S once so Teemo stands still to use passive Step 3. auto-attack enemy right before passive procs • Expected result: auto attack and passive OR auto-attack no passive (but auto for sure since you clicked to attack) • Observed result: no auto-attack, but passive • Reproduction rate: 3/10 (timing issue)
