[Client] Friends List buggy

The friends list is buggy with some icons not showing, friends being hidden when not offline, blocked players resurfacing, and some offline friends showing up when the " Show online friends" isn't checked, but changing "Sort Friends" option temporarily fixes the issue. (I have no pics to show right now since I did that last part)

Yea it's been bugging ever since they added the new playercards? I don't know what to call them, generally the friendslist just isn't updating. I find it normally happens when I have the client open for a long time.
