Zacs E and Skarners R

Pretty sure Zacs E has been bugged since he was released. You press e and it goes in the opposite direction of your cursor (while on smartcast not sure if that matters). No idea how this isn't fixed yet. It can be game changing in team fights because so much of his damage comes from the jump.

Skarners ult will just cancel and go on cooldown with no spellshields or mikaels or QSS. Does riot even care about skarner anymore? The new mana and blue changes have completely screwed him. On top of that a possibly game changing ult bug. Really pathetic.
