[GAMEPLAY] Sion Q and R Not Working and Akali Q not working

Okay so I've been playing Sion in ARAM more often than I'd like to, and something very odd happens whenever I get my ult and use it once. As soon as I do that I am completely unable to use my Q and my R. The only things that work are my W and my E.

Help.

And another thing. Akali's Q doesn't work at times either. It either doesn't activate or the mark doesn't trigger. We've only been playing ARAM so it might just be bugged in that mode.
