MALZ VS. REK BUG
Sadly i don't have any pictures but there is a bug where if malz silences rek while you have your queens wrath already active the hits will countdown but do no extra damage whatsoever.

Be a little more specific in this bug, Malzahar's DoTs don't silence, so that sentence...doesn't really make sense. You mean if you QE Rek'Sai while she's burrowing and getting healing from her passive, the DoT E will not do any damage?
