League Client Bugged?

I log into League today and realized the client looks different. At first I thought Riot changed the client again (which is weird because I didn't see any news about that), but then I look at the bottom right corner and my friend list, chat, and notification bars are completely messed up. I can't click on them to see or do anything nor can my friends invite me to games. I can access everything else just fine (i.e. store, profile, settings, etc.). However, I can invite people to games so I played a draft game, where I found another bug of my being unable to access my ward skins. I have also tried relogging but that doesn't work as well.

If anyone else is having these bugs, please post your inputs and/or solutions; anything would be appreciated! :)
