New Lobby System Entirely Bad

Since the start of preseason the lobby chat box seems to have changed, and is characterized by extremely laggy output of calls for positions in comparison to the typed input, as well as randomly loaded messages appearing before yours. RIOT PLEASE FIX THIS IT FEELS HORRIBLE.
