(Mission) Prepare for the journey Is Bugged

I have come across an issue where Im at 2/2 of the mission aswell as 2/3 Quests - last one being 'Win a game with a Precision or Inspiration Keystone' This is the second game where i have won a game with the Precision Keystone without it registering, have you (Riot) acknowledged this and are you working on a fix? Thanks.
