When you are done loading in buttons not working?

So This has been happening a lot lately too me and some of my friends but for some reason when we enter the game after the loading screen we can't press any buttons not flash not q not even open the shop with p .I don't know how to fix it I have reloaded the patches and that doesn't seem to work. Also the only way to fix it is if you leave the game and log out all the way then reconnect. Which in rank games set u behind by 1-2 mins (depending on how fast your pc can load you in again).But its been constant and annoying.*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*Now to redo this effect I have no idea how. It sometimes triggers in bot games all the way to rank games its just after loading in it happens no way unless u get bad luck to get it :(.Its also random when it happens but it seems like when a patch or update comes out then it goes away its a very weird bug
