Client - Bottom right hand buttons not working.

Since the start of patch 6.4 the icons or buttons on the bottom of the right hand corner are not working. On my end they are always flashing between blue and white and when I click nothing happens. In fact on my client it shows a chat box that it doesn't work either. I have logout and re initiated the game in numerous occasions but nothing seems to work.
