Post-Game reporting client glitch

I've been having a problem with the reporting system, whenever i report someone and send the report, the pop up dissapears but everything else is still a darker shade, leaving you with no way of exiting the client or click on anything else in the client. you are still able to see people type, and see everything that happens, you just cant click on anything, and the screen is in a darker tone.
