[GAMEPLAY] Zilean - W reset bug

On Zilean, when I have 45% cooldown and cast E - W , usually it doesn't cooldown E spell, it says it has ex. 3s to finish cooldown, but it is actually about 7-10s

1. Cast E on myself (Alt-E)
2. Cast **W **to reset my **E **so I can cast it again.
3. Cast **E **again. (Then the cooldown bug happens on E)

It doesn't happen every time, but it happens 2-3 times per game for sure.
